Orders & Shipping

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the courier's website. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

We typically deliver within 5-7 business days for domestic orders. For metro cities, delivery may be faster (3-5 days). International orders may take 10-15 business days depending on the destination.

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping charge of ₹99 applies. Express shipping is available at an additional cost.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can return it after delivery as per our return policy.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Certain items like innerwear and sale items are non-returnable.

Log into your account, go to 'My Orders', select the item you want to return, and click 'Return'. Follow the instructions to schedule a pickup. You can also contact our customer support for assistance.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.

Yes, we offer exchanges for size or color within 7 days of delivery. Simply initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. If there's a price difference, it will be adjusted accordingly.

Payments

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, digital wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay), and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are secured with SSL encryption.

If your payment fails, please check your internet connection and try again. Ensure you have sufficient balance and your card is enabled for online transactions. If the issue persists, contact your bank or try a different payment method.

Yes, COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000. A nominal COD charge of ₹50 may apply. COD is currently available only for domestic orders within India.

Yes, we offer EMI options on orders above ₹3,000 through select credit cards and digital payment partners. You can choose your preferred EMI tenure at checkout. No-cost EMI is available on certain cards.

Care instructions are provided on the product page and on the garment label. Generally, we recommend hand washing or gentle machine wash in cold water. Avoid harsh detergents and direct sunlight when drying. Iron on low heat if needed.
