1. Order Processing

All orders placed on www.wownaari.com are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/WhatsApp message with tracking details.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
Remote Locations: 5–9 business days

Delivery times may vary during festive seasons, sales, or due to courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above ₹999
Standard Shipping Charge: ₹79 for orders below ₹999

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown during checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on selected locations across India.

COD may include a small handling fee (if applicable).
Our courier partner may contact you before delivery.

5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track your order in real time. you can also track your order on our website.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number are correct.
Wow Naari will not be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information.
